Each plastic plate measures 10.1cm x 5.1cm.

It is made in Australia.
It is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. One has discolouration on the rear, The paper packaging has tears and markings.
The packaging says they are white in colour but they look more cream or bone in colour to me.
I recommend getting an electrician to install electrical components. Australian law has legislated such a requirement.
