Vintage Patons Knitting Book, No. 766, Knits for Men of Action. OOP Patterns
 

Vintage pattern book consisting of 20 pages (including the covers) of knitting patterns and pictures.
 
It has patterns for waistcoat, shirt, jacket, cardigan and jumper.
 
It contains patterns for a masculine waistcoat crocheted in a close crochet stitch, with three pockets - one dress pocket and one on each side, medium buttoning cardigan with set-in long or short sleeves and turn up heams on the sleeves and at the hemline. A knitted shirt with fashioned raglan sleeves, a ribbed collar and a ribbed front opening. A zipper jacket with full length front zip - knitted in a twist stitch for a ribbed effect, with a garter-stitch collar, and set in sleeves. a seamless jumper knitted all in one piece - v-necked, and banded with a Fair Isle design around the hemline and sleeves. A medium-buttoning cardigan with set-in sleeves - knitted in a twist-stitch, with ribbed front bands. Traditional Aran jumper with set-in sleeves, high polo collar and turned up cuffs.

It is in good vintage condition. It has the usual amount of wear and tear for a vintage pattern book. It has holes punched in it for storage in a ring binder. The holes are in the border section of the pattern pages.
 
All pattern books are in the usual vintage condition, with a range of wear and tear including some markings, some pen marks, small holes, small tears and/or repair with tape. All the pages are present and accounted for. All the patterns are readable in their entirety.
