This enamel roasting dish with a lid is in good vintage condition. It is oval shaped and its base measures 30cm (11.8") x 20.6cm (8.1"). Its sides have a height of 7.5cm (3").

The lid sits on the base and then "tapers" into an oval shape measuring 26cm (10.2") x 17cm (6.7"). it has a height of 7cm (2.8").

So with the base and lid combined, it has a height of 14.5cm (5.7") in which your chicken, turkey or whatever can cook.

Dimples molded into the lid replenish moisture back to the meat as condensation builds and drips back down while cooking.
