Preloved Vintage Salter Kitchen Scales
These scales are made primarily of plastic.
It stands 21.5cm tall (including the bowl) and has a base diameter of 22.2cm. The top diameter of the scales part is 16.7cm.
The bowl has a top diameter of 21.9cm and base diameter of 10cm. The height of the bowl is 13.5cm.
They have "made in England" written in their measurement section.
They measure 2.2kg in 25-gram increments and 5 pounds in 1-ounce increments.
The scales plate has some markings as shown in the photos. The plastic lever used to adjust the scales display has some damage but still functions.
They have a lovely retro look and would complete that vintage kitchen look or stand alone as a shining example of past design excellence.
Note - they have not been calibrated recently. They appear to measure quite accurately.
