Vintage Patons Knitting Book, No. 772 Classic and casual hand knits for children and toddlers. OOP patterns
 
 
Vintage pattern book consisting of 20 pages (including the covers) of knitting patterns and pictures.
 
It contains patterns for legginette set with plain long pants and a cosy warm top. The top has a deep plain yoke and sleeves, with the body worked in broken-rib. Broken-rib also patterns the sleeves and edges the high round neckline. The little round cap is patterned to match and doubled for extra warmth around the ears. A girl's jumper with cabled raglan sleeves, the cables continued down the sides of the jumper, back and front. A boy's waistcoat with a little pocket - plain and simple with a garter stitching edging. A classic cardigan with raglan sleeves with neckline variations - medium buttoning with a collar, medium buttoning without a collar and high buttoning with a collar. Classic pullover with raglan sleeves and V-shaped neckline, high round neckline, or polo collar. A dressing gown for a little girl.
