I think is a donkey, not a horse, based on the proportions.

Measuring 10cm high, 23.5cm long and 8.2cm wide, it's in good vintage condition.

It is clear glass in colouring. The pattern seen in the photos is actually a combination of reflection and the background.

It has one small chip on one hoof but it is not noticeable to the casual observer.
