This plate has a diameter of 23.3cm (9.2"). The ceramic tile has a diameter of 15.3cm (6").

The felt backing has a diameter of 15.4cm (6.1").

It is in good vintage condition. It has markings consistent with its vintage age.

It is made in England.

It looks like a Constable scene to me.

Note - the copper could be brass and vice versa.
