Pifco lamp
I am selling this item as is. I think it is a heater.
It would make a wonderful lamp or you can have it modified by an electrician to bring it up to the electrical standards of the 21st century.
It stands 31cm tall, has a maximum diameter of 16cm and depth of 20.2cm.
It not been tested by an electrician. The electrician may need to replace wiring to make it compliant with regulations in your country. I have not connected it to electricity to ascertain if it is in working condition as it needs to be tested by an electrician first and any modifications made to make it electrically safe in the 21st century. It is sold as is.
It is made in Australia.
It is in good vintage condition.
I have conducted a Google search and not located any recall notices for this heater. It takes more muscles than what I have to turn the knob to adjust the height.
