Skates have been treated well.
 
There are no holes or gouges.
 
The blades are in a good vintage condition with no sharpening misadventures displayed. 
 
The blades are still securely attached to the shoe part of the ice skates. They have minor surface rust and vertical lines.
 
Note - the blades might need sharpening. 
 
Note - the size of your ice skates should be 1 to 1.5 smaller than your regular shoe size to ensure a snug fit. (ACCORDING TO THE INTERNET, PLEASE CONDUCT YOUR OWN RESEARCH IN THAT)

They have 263mm stamped on the base. I think that refers to the length of the actual shoe portion of the skate. 
 
I think they are men's ice skates.
