This picture frame feels like it is padded fabric mounted on a cardboard backing.

It measures 26cm x 22cm. The picture portion measures 22cm x 10.5cm. It does not have a glass face.

The fabric has some minor fading but it is neat and tidy. The lace edging has some discolouration.
