This is the real deal, posted from within Australia. It is in great preloved condition It has dust on it from being in storage but it looks near-new. If there are particular wear points you would like close photography of, please send me a message. The belt buckle metal has some surface rusting and there are some loose stitches there. I have included some photos. 
 
The velcro is in great condition. The strap attachments are securely stitched on and don't have any wear marks. 
 
My online research suggests it was an Irwin workwear product in 2012.
