Vintage Racing Ice Skates , 40 , 27 , Speed Skates , Leather Skates
 
 
 
Skates have been well cared for. The inside of one has some cracking and would need some minor patching. The leather looks to be in good condition and is securely attached to the sole and the blade to that! 
 
There are no holes or gouges.
 
The blades are in a good vintage condition with no sharpening misadventures displayed. They have some markings.
 
The blades are securely attached to the shoe part of the ice skates.
 
Note - the blades might need sharpening. 
 
Note - Apparently the size of your ice skates should be 1 to 1.5 smaller than your regular shoe size to ensure a snug fit. The size provided for these skates are UK sizing.

They have 27 stamped on the base. I think that refers to the length of the actual shoe portion of the skate.
