This egg cooker saves time, no flipping, perfect yolks and a gourmet's delight. 
 
Two egg size
 
It is for use with skillet or grill.
 
The egg cooker has a diameter of 18.8cm (7.4").
 
The instructions are on the back of the box. Basically the egg cooker's knob is filled with water (sherry, brandy, orange juice etc), a few drops of water is flicked in the skillet or grill. When steam forms immediately the egg cooker is ready for use. The eggs are added to the skillet/grill and the egg cooker is placed over the eggs. The pin in the centre of the knob is raised to release the water and the eggs are cooked for 60 seconds. The egg cooker is removed and the eggs are ready to be served.

The box has some wear and tear (with a hole where the knob has come through) but the egg cooker is in good vintage condition.
