I cant find any online record of this item to say what the press portion of it is for. The press is too wide for garlic (and that is where I draw a blank.)

It has compartments for salt and pepper and what appears to be a press of something.

It measures 16.8cm in length. The compartment portion measures 5.1cm x 3.5cm, with a thickness of 3.5cm.
