Vintage Depression glass hurricane lamp base or vase

This orange and clear depression glass base is truly beautiful.
 
Its primary role was as a lamp base but it could easily be used as a vase or whatever you want.
It stands approximately 20cm tall. It has a base diameter of 14.6cm. The opening at the top has a diameter of 3cm
 
it is in good vintage condition. It has some chips on the inside rim of its base. The chips are not on the outside surface of the base. It shows through as areas where the orange is gone. See photos four and five.
 
It weighs 1.4kg unpacked.
