Vintage Gents Of Leicester Clock , Not Working , Sold As Is , Has Not Been Checked By An Electrician

It has a front diameter of 31cm, back diameter of 32.4cm and thickness of 5.5cm.
It appears to be in good vintage condition. The hands move when you turn the knob.
I think it is electrical but please do your own research to verify that.
As with all electrical goods it is legislated that only suitably qualified electricians work on them.
This item has not been checked for electrical safety.
The front is glass and the sides are metal. It has a dent in the side, the glass is not sitting flush with the border in that area as a result. The clock face has some markings.
It is in good vintage condition.
Note - the clock face is all one colour.
