This tie clip measures 4.4cm (1.7") in length.
The "black" portion is plastic and rest of the clip is metal.
The clasp is secure.
It has some minute writing on it but it is hard to read. It is made in Germany (looks like it says W Germany but it's hard to say for sure.)
