Vintage Metal pulley

This pulley is made of metal.
This pulley plate measures 10.9cm x 2.4cm. The wheel has a diameter of 3.8cm approximately. The wheel housing has a height of 4.2cm.
It is in good vintage condition. It has surface rust and pain remnants. The wheel turns.
It is structurally sound.
