Vintage Shoe Weight
Possibly the strangest thing we've come across for quite a while, this solid metal 'shoe-shaped' plate fits over your regular shoes using two straps and then has a bracket underneath for you to slip the crossbar of a barbell through.
Weighing a few kilograms itself though there's hardly the need for additional weights!
Measuring 25.2cm (9.9") long, 9.9cm (3.9") wide and 5.6cm (2.2") high it would fit most adults, but practically speaking would be more suited as a door stop or something similar, or just a stand-alone conversation piece.
The straps have seen better days but are easily replaced!
It's definitely an interesting find!
