3 have the cardboard on the end of the ribbon suggesting they are complete rolls. 2 do not have the cardboard but do appear to be very similar in length to the complete rolls.
Made in USA by Berwick Industries Incorporated.
The cardboard states it is a soft, velvety finish. Cut edges - will not fray. Economical.
Red in colour, packaging is cardboard
