This talking Care Bear toy is 34.5cm tall, 25cm wide and 12.5cm deep.

The eyes, nose and love heart are attached, not stitched.

It is 2003 Those Characters From Cleveland Pty Ltd.

It is made in China.

It talks when you touch the pad in the hand.

It is a bit grubby but the label says the surfaces are washable. ie. handwash it.

It says it is suitable for all ages but I would be supervising those attached parts.
