This vintage pattern is for a child's one-piece dress and sash. Dress has set-in sleeves, back button closing, front bodice tucks and full gathered skirt. V. 1, 2 have a small two piece colour and self fabric band trim. V. 1 has a self fabric collar, above elbow-length sleeves gathered into sleevebands, ribbon sash and lace edgings. V.2, 3 have very short sleeves and tucks around lower part of skirt. V.2 has a contrasting collar and self fabric tie ends. V. 3 has lowered neckline, contrasting sash and eyelet insertion.
1960's or earlier Simplicity.
This pattern has all 13 of the pattern pieces and the instructions included. They are in used pattern piece condition with signs of repair. There is also a home-made pattern for a skirt. I don't know what size or if if all the pattern pieces are included.
The pattern envelope has some markings, ink marks and tears. I have taped the main tear.
