The door handles pass the bakelite "clunk" test and "hot water" test. 
 
The door handles measure 5.5cm (2.2 inches) in length and 2.6cm (1 inch) in width on the handle surface. 
 
They measure 4.1cm (1.6") along the length of the stem.
 
The metal door cover plates measure 5.4cm (2.1") x 5.4cm (2.1").
 
The door handles are sturdy in construction.
 
They are in good vintage condition. They have some paint remnants on them. The metal has some pitting befitting a genuine vintage item.
