This sewing pattern is for misses' loose-fitting tops. View A pullover dolman sleeve Top has ribbing waistband and cuffs and the neckline is finished with self fabric binding. View B has front button closure, patch pockets and front and back are extended to form cap sleeves. 
 
These patterns are designed for soft, light to medium weight woven fabric.
 
I have included a photo of the 8 pattern pieces. They have been cut out. It looks like they are mostly cut to the small size.
